吾爱孟夫子，风流天下闻。红颜弃轩冕，白首卧松云。醉月频中圣，迷花不事君。高山安可仰，徒此揖清芬。本诗大致写在李白寓居湖北安陆时期（727—736），此时他常往来于襄汉一带，与比他长十二岁的孟浩然结下了深厚友谊。诗的风格自然飘逸，描绘了孟浩然风流儒雅的形象，同时也抒发了李白与他思想感情上的共鸣。
