Adam welcomes back Superfan Giovanni and explains that Gio remembers more about Adam than Adam does. Gio asks Adam to talk more about the 'pirate ship' metaphor he mentioned in his initial podcast. Adam discusses being able to do the best work he can when he's with people he trusts and no outside influences.
