A day in the life with ADHD + (Morning Routine)

Description

There are so man things that go into starting ones day and that is for those of us who do not have time blindness and ADD/ADHD. I always find it easiest to prepare myself for the day in a way that eliminates stress and opportunities for distraction. This can be from the mushroom coffee and taurine I take in the morning for focus to dressing as if I were going to the office even though I work from home. Preparation and persistence is the success to success.
