I wanted to give my listeners a chance to hear from an objective point of view on the struggles of working with ADHD because it is not just the diagnosed who have to work with the ADHD system, our family and friends may be affected as well and if we aren't having conversations growth cannot happen. In this episode, we will dive into some of the stressors, frustrations, and insights as well as touching on the benefits and benefits of this Disorder. Conversations around ADHD and the real frustrations that sometimes are left unsaid can be hard and difficult and can tend to be avoided so I hope this helps you start your dialogue.
