In this video I talk about some of my favorite eats for the day. I try to focus on three essential nutrients for adhd management which are zinc, magnesium, and omega-3. Zinc helps regulate dopamine levels and neurotransmitters. Magnesium has been shown in studies to help retention, hyperactivity and increase focus. Omega-3 fatty acids found in seafood and olive oils to name a few increase the efficiency of nutrients uptake.
