Early Career Ocean Professionals, or ECOPs, are making sure that intergenerational diversity is a central piece of the Ocean Decade, from mentions in the Decade’s Implementation Plan to their recent Programme Submission focused on the next generation of ocean leaders. Taylor’s joined by three of the ECOP founders - Alfredo Giron, Erin Satterthwaite, and Guillermo Ortuño Crespo to discuss the ECOPs foundation and their hopes for this transformational ocean effort.
