Here we are at part 6 of my framework for building unbreakable discipline. Now today’s lesson is one that I learned the hard way… over and over and over again, before it finally sunk in. The truth is, if you don’t understand, or can’t get clear on this lesson, then all of the discipline in the world won’t be able to help you. You NEED to be able to define your why.
