I have avoided doing an episode on this case just because it's so complex. This is Scott Peterson and Lacey Peterson, which I'm sure you'd have to live under a rock to not know about Lacey Peterson. Right?

Now, the timing of doing this episode, we wanted, I have had lots of people ask if we were going to do it, but I also knew, I'm not sure, I think it was 2023 that the LA Innocence Project took up Scott Peterson's case, which I did know about. I wanted to wait until we did the Scott Peterson case until a lot of that information and a lot of that evidence and a lot of the new things that they are purporting came out publicly.
There was more to sink your teeth into.
Right. So now that I did get a hold of the petition that the L.A. Innocence Project filed on behalf of Scott Peterson, it's 854 pages. I did not read the whole thing, but I did pick and choose from it and have been going over it. Anyway, now I feel like and also we know that the new documentary came out with like the new evidence.
Yeah. So where is it? Well, I watched it on Hulu.
Yeah. Yeah. So now we have something that we can divide into two parts. So today we were going to do part one of the Scott Peterson case. We were just going to go back in time, back to 2002. We're going to talk about the case. We're going to talk about the circumstantial, by the way, it's all circumstantial evidence against Scott Peterson, the trial, how he ended up in prison.
