The 5 Core Fears by Dr. Todd Pressman Abandonment- a fear of loss of love, rejection or the fear of not getting approval Loss of Identity- fear the way others see you, fear I will never really know who I really am or my authentic self. Or myself measuring up in relation to others. Fear of not finding your inner Meaning of Life. My inner and outer worth represented by money or lack of it. How do others see my worth or my contribution? Is it enough? Fear of not finding my purpose- The way I express who I am, to feel I add meaning. Do I leave the place better or worse off or in a better state. What is my lot in life? Fear of Death including dying, but also fearing a disease or suffering and pain. Think of them in relation to Maslow Hierarchy of need as your needs to ascend to your self-actualization at the top to find your true purpose to find success.   Use these skills that will build a permanent inner structure that you can continue the journey to success with a blueprint to follow as you follow along with this Life Mastery courses 5 steps to success.
