I developed a way out of dread. To release the dread to find the pleasures In living life, in what you were dreading so much that you avoided things and act weird in the process. Emotional Tension Release (ETR) Technique to release blockages that keep you stuck from moving forward in your life because you are unable to tolerate the tension created by the emotion. If you could just tolerate the emotion (fear, anxiety, sadness) a few minutes longer, you would feel the release and pleasure to see the benefits of moving through the experience instead of avoiding it. If you bail out before the release you don't get any of the benefits or pleasure of the release. You stay into a fear loop you can never escape without understanding this has been your pattern. Learn to release to get to pleasure by tolerating for 1 minute with a breathing technique that calms you immediately to be able to tolerate the imagined worst case scenario feelings you have avoided that keep you in a fear syndrome.
