Turn Frustration to Calm or Even Peace Includes a mini process We all, well I do, get frustrated at so many little things. There are also natural phenomena of triggers in our lives - anchors if you will. So I've had a little think and found a way to incorporate a thing that we see daily and used it to fire off Calm or even Peace. And the thing is the more you see it the more calm and peaceful you become. You can easily adapt this to anything you pass in the day that you think would be useful to use as a trigger. Ok, as I mentioned above there is a mini process in this episode (which I'm trying to incorporate more of) so if you decide to follow it make sure nothing else needs your intention.
