Additionally, Tony is retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving his country for 6 years as an active duty Colonel and 31 years as a General in the Air National Guard. On the podcast, Tony shares his life journey as an Aviator, Military and Business Leader, CEO ConAgra, and his passion for being a Vistage Chair. He shares concepts of leadership, courage, action, and activities to make individual coaching and peer groups stronger.
