Doug uses a wide range of tools and approaches to help his clients overcome their challenges and “amplify their arcs of success.” Doug has over 30+ years of service as a TEC-Canada / Vistage Chair. In 2010, Doug received the Don Cope Award for his service in TEC/Vistage. He is also a co-founder of Keepers of the Flame, a gathering of senior Vistage Chairs and Chair Alumni.
