Illy's profile has risen dramatically over the past year with her empowering, honest, and thought-provoking Instagram account @mixingmotherhood. She has spoken on many high-profile podcasts including Giovanna Fletcher's 'Happy Mum Happy Baby'. Illy is extremely passionate about birth education and facilitating healing from experiences that may not have been as positive as hoped for through birth debriefing.
