As seen in Dustin story, his father always put him out to compete with others who happened to be older than him and he always win.Thirdly, it is important to know that what get measured gets IMPROVED. You need to measure the various aspect of your game, to know how you need to improve on that aspect. Continuous monitoring and evaluation, it will help you to identify your strength & weaknesses to enable improve on those areas.
