Build a team you need to get you there: Building an effective team requires selecting individuals with diverse skills and shared goals. Each member should bring unique strengths to the table, fostering collaboration and enhancing problem-solving. This approach ensures progress and resilience in the face of challenges.4. You now develop a step by step plan; It is important you define your Olympic goals and the qualification criteria.
