Time Sacrifice: Time is very relevant in your sports career. Because of what you're trying to achieve, you need to decline some activities (fun) just to get to the level you're aspiring to.2. Money Sacrifice: We have talked about why you should invest in yourself in one of our previous episodes. You need to sacrifice money to get the best training equipment, mentors, facilities, etc.3. Physical Sacrifice: You have to put your body to work. Keep training yourself to be the BEST.4. Personal Sacrifice: It's important to time your family and friends. Elite athletes like Messi, Rolando, etc made personal sacrifices to get to where they are today.5. Mental Sacrifice: This is when the knowledge & intelligence come in.
