Physical Sacrifice: You have to put your body to work. Keep training yourself to be the BEST.4. Personal Sacrifice: It's important to time your family and friends. Elite athletes like Messi, Rolando, etc made personal sacrifices to get to where they are today.5. Mental Sacrifice: This is when the knowledge & intelligence come in.
