If you're going to chase the highest level of success in sports, it is going to cause you problems, it is going to make you feel uncomfortable at certain points. So in order to avoid that, there's a tendency for you to play small. In other words, you reduce your ambition to reduce the goals that you want to achieve.In this episode, you will learn five reasons you play small and how to overcome them and become better in your sports.1.
