You Can't Learn If You Already Know

"It is impossible for a man to learn what he thinks he already knows" - Epictetus.We all have that teammate, who always claims they know it all. Now the question is why is it that you're not much more advanced in your career? You cannot learn from what you think already know. Stay humble, open your mind to learning and put it to work.Remember that growth comes from humility and openness to learning. Stay curious and open-minded, for it is in those moments of seeking knowledge that we truly excel. Don't let what you think you already know hinder your progress.
