What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Property investors often talk about using debt to build wealth. In the share market, that's called gearing. With the BetaShares WealthBuilder range, investors can access moderate gearing into shares, and with the newly launched GG-BL, That means exposure to a diversified portfolio of around 1,300 global companies excluding Australia, all with no loan applications, credit checks, or margin calls. Gearing magnifies both gains and losses, so it's only suitable for investors with a very high tolerance for risk. You can learn more about the WealthBuilder range of ETFs at the BetaShares website. And don't forget to read the PDS and TMD to decide if it's right for you. BetaShares Capital Limited is the issuer.

Thanks for having me here. It's been a long time.
I feel like it's been a long time, but maybe not. A few months?
Yeah, at least a few months.
Yeah, yeah. Well, you're a hit, so it's good to have you back. For those of you that don't know, Tali Tali is the co-head of advice in our own financial planning business. You've got the, what's the Retirement Academy? Is that what we call it?
Yeah, the Retirement Academy. It was the retirement mastery course for a little while, but we'll lock in the academy.
Yeah, we'll call it the Retirement Academy. That's available for free. It's all of kind of Tali's wisdom. If you're not ready for financial advice or you're maybe not going to be thinking that that's the right time for you now to get financial advice, you can still tap into her wisdom for free on the RASC education site. But she also specializes in pre-retirees and retirees here at RASC. So there is kind of one question about that, but we've got a mix of questions for this week's show. Before we get into all of that though, how's your week been?
It's been interesting.
Yeah. Tell us more.
I would say the low point of my week was having my number plate stolen yesterday whilst working from home. And my work from home space is at our front window. And my car was parked probably about five meters away. And it happened during the day while I was home. So that was fun.
Was there like a thick curtain so they couldn't see that you were sitting there or like you couldn't see them?
