Let's do the first one.

I think the first one is around capital gains tax.

So when you sell things.

So this is kind of the big one that most people will experience at some point because you've got to sell stuff to get the money.

And I guess like a lot of people are buy and hold investors.

So they think it's some problem they can deal with later.

But it

It's something to keep in mind all throughout investing, and I'll explain why.

So when you sell a stock or an ETF or a crypto or whatever it is, there's a capital gains tax event happens when you do that.

And so it's usually either a gain or a loss.

So if you make a capital gain, meaning you made profit on the trade, then you have to pay tax.

And if you make a capital loss,

That loss can be then used later to offset a gain, or within the same financial year if you have gains and losses.

That's right.

So I think people tend to bank losses for quite a while, especially when the market goes poorly.

And particularly in crypto as well, people are in and out of those as well.

And at the moment, it's not a good time for that.
