Australians love a punt. We'll bet on almost everything. Whether this a good thing or a bad thing, we'll leave you to decide that one. But come October and November, betting slang is used widely amongst the punters. So here, we're giving the punters what they want. We have Ben back again, who isn't just one of the ordinary punters, but knows a lot about characters and different punters. We learn how to use the words punters, punters and to punt, and their origin. We also introduce you to other expressions and slang related to betting. We promise you won't need a heart the size of Phar Lap to get through this episode. It's not as long as the Flemington straight. So saddle up, get cracking, maybe huddle around your dishlickers and you might find that this episode is neck and neck with some of your favourites.
