This week I'm launching a new segment of the BACK TO YOU podcast. It's called the "Authentically You" segment and it will feature guests who are committed to living in alignment with their highest self. Despite the challenges that come along with their job/position/industry - they have stayed and continue to stay true to themselves. My first guest is a well know Irish broadcaster across Irish tv and radio. I am delighted to have Clare McKenna on the BACK TO YOU podcast this week! Clare has worked across TV and Radio for almost 20 years. Her experience includes live Breakfast TV anchoring, reporting and presenting across a range of current affairs and lifestyle programmes. In more recent years she has brought a personal passion to her profession, presenting Newstalk's health and wellness show Alive and Kicking. Currently training as a Health Coach she is passionate about lifestyle medicine and a holistic view of living with vitality.
