Well, Steve, again, uh as as we talked about on the Saturday show and to get folks up to speed, took the weekend off. Uh I'd not take the weekend off. Only uh the only time I spent off off of monitoring the situation was to watch my Eagles crush yesterday. The uh the uh unfortunately named Washington commanders, actually the Redskins. But the the the situation with The Houthis is they have now been completely unleashed by Iran at the same time, and they're putting the one-two punch, the squeeze on the Saudis, with the Iranians backing the militias up in Iraq that are now hitting the uh pipeline, the east-west pipeline across which crosses the Saudi Arabian desert, that they were using as a bypass for the Strait of Hormuz that they could go up through the

Red Sea and then out through. The strait, the Red Sea Strait of Babel Mendeb, of course, known as the Gate of Grief. The gate of grief has just had an island on it taken by the Houthis. That means, and by the way, I don't mean just by drones, I mean boots on the ground. That means they've been able to take that coastline and then push out onward into it. It's called Perm Island. In fact, that that that's there's a smaller strait, Steve, between that island and the Mainland of Yemen, that's referred to referred to as the Strait of Alexander. Yes, Bab Iskandar. So the Strait of Alexander has been taken by the Houthis at this point, and this gives them the ability to put the squeeze on the southern strait of the Red Sea, the southern mouth.

This means now that the Saudis are getting it front and back from Iranian-backed forces up in the north and Iraq, which originally the Iraqi government uh claimed was not from Iraqi or from uh Iraqi soil. So you've got Iraqi government uh that is not aligned with these Shia backed militias, and you could potentially, potentially have a little trouble in paradise up there. in terms of Iraq. Now you're already seeing protests break out in Iraq, but you're really seeing these anti Fuel increase protest breakout is across Syria. Because Syria is up in flames over this past weekend, where you've got people all across that northern tier of Syria, Aleppo, Idlib, they are holding violent demonstrations, setting fires.
