On Episode 13, I had my younger sister on the show, Minasa Kasai.  She is a fourth year Undergraduate student in Hokkaido University, specializing in Comparative Neuroanatomy. We discuss some ways in which physical exercise can effect our mental health raising neurochemical, physiological and psychological point of view. We also talk about how quarantine caused by COVID-19 may be affecting our mental health.
