But it will also mean more by Europe and Russia. Because they have their own interests they'll want to pursue. And with a weak United States, they'll act. Trump's moves, forget his moves, just his rhetoric, are shaping up to weaken the United States to the point that it isn't a superpower and that Europe, the U.S., China, and Russia are sitting at the table carving up the rest of the world.
