68: A Mantra for the Week

I’m competing next weekend. As I was journaling yesterday morning, I came up with my mantra for the week. I AM CONFIDENT IN MY GAME PLAN AND MY ABILITY TO ADAPT. My goal this week is to run my game plan at every opportunity. It will also be on repeat in my head as I drift off to sleep every night. In addition to competing, I also have a lot happening in life off the mat. There are meetings, conversations, client work to be done, and another podcasting workshop to set up. "I am confident in my game plan and my ability to adapt." will also be my mantra for those activities off the mat. This will help keep me focused and intentional about the outcomes I want to create and the actions needed to make it all happen. Do you have a favorite mantra for competition or life?
