Being present ( or mindfulness) is all the buzz these days. But I want to talk about why it's not a fad and how it can greatly impact your overall health and wellness when you begin to practice it. We can't disengage and disconnect when things get hard because that is only a temporary fix... not a permanent one. When we begin to make being present a priority in our life, we can begin living from a state of grace, peace, joy, and compassion.
