Try to reflect on how far you have come and all you have achieved. Reflect on what does make you feel good and make it a priority to do more of it. Don't focus on a big old mountain in front of you as it could end up feeling like an endless hike. Be present, take each day /step as it comes. Be KIND to yourself.
