Guys, welcome to The Bedros Koulian Show.
How does Bedros define 'winning' when you feel behind in life or business?
Today's episode is all about how to win in business and in life, especially if you feel like you're behind. Maybe you're like, you know what, I spent a lot of time goofing off, not being focused, not really locking into my purpose and potential in life, and now I'm ready to start winning, but I feel behind. How do I win in life? And I don't care if it's in life or business, the formula is the same. So I'm gonna share it with you here, and you apply it to the things that you wanna apply it to. First of all, let's get a few things right. Winning is not for the lucky winning is not for the gifted winning is not for people that have some magical formula that you don't Winning is available to everyone and I'm gonna share with you here exactly what winning is and believe it or not It's a lot simpler than you think I think far too much in life.
We tend to complicate what winning is and what it takes to win to succeed and to become in that top one percentile of whatever industry or space you wanna be in, could be fitness, relationship, business, whatever, because we feel like if we overcomplicate it, then we have a valid excuse why we're not gonna achieve it, right? And in reality, it doesn't have to be overcomplicated. So let's dive into it. So here's what winners do that losers don't. Winners avoid their emotions when the emotions wanna talk them out of taking the action that they had planned to take, right? That's it. Winners have figured out that I am human, and as a human, I'm gonna have different thoughts and feelings and emotions. I'm gonna get sick.
I'm gonna be tired. I'm not gonna sleep well. Things are gonna go wrong in my life. The economy's gonna shift. There's gonna be some kind of a disaster. There's gonna be a pandemic. There's gonna be a whatever. But no matter how I feel, I'm still going to take the steps that I planned on taking to produce the outcome that I've been looking for in life. See, winners do that. Losers who fall behind in life tend to get managed by their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. In other words, if they're not feeling well about something, they just don't do what they had planned. If they don't think that it's a good idea because they didn't sleep well, they're tired, it's cold outside, it's rainy, maybe I'm a little under the weather, so I'm not going to do the things that I planned on doing.
Or if some kind of thing happened in the world that irritates you and frustrates you, and how can Trump make that decision again? Doesn't he know that, okay, chill out. Your emotions are getting the best of you, and winners don't allow their emotions to dictate their day-to-day decisions and actions. Whereas a loser in life will allow their emotions to dictate their day-to-day decisions and actions. By the way, don't for a moment think that the opposition big government that is funded by these big corporations, the pharmaceutical corporations, the military industrial complex, the big food corporations that are trying to poison you. Don't for a moment think that the opposition that are funded by those corporations and that then
begin to try and control you and manipulate you and get compliance over you through social media, movies, music, television, sporting events, by telling you how you should feel. I mean, let's face it. Somewhere in the world today, something good happened. But you can turn on CNN or Fox News, it doesn't matter, or any of the talking heads, and you're only going to hear fear, destruction, inflation. Doubt, uncertainty. Why? Because it's easier to control you and get compliance over you when you are scared, when you are in a state of doubt and fear and uncertainty. I mean, certainly good things happen, right? Why don't we say, if it's the news, I mean, last I heard it wasn't called bad news, it was just called the news.
I'm going to watch the news. Well, certainly some good news happened in the world today. Why aren't we seeing that? The reason you don't see it is because it doesn't control you.
