Do We Get in The Way of Our Kid's Confidence?

Many of us want our children to thrive and stand resilient and resourceful as they grow up. However while we want those things, sometimes we miss that we get in their way when they are developing those skills when they are younger. In this podcast, I've tried to explore the idea that the qualities of determination, tenacity and resourcefulness are present and visible even if they are demonstrated as strong-willed, defiance or carelessness. If anything I hope you take away the idea that before we scold or reprimand, let's check that we aren't knocking the very things we value.
