Making Failure Louder

I wanted to take a moment to underline what I believe is increasingly the important skill children need to acquire. And that's about failure. We speak often about remaining positive and continue with our head up rather than chin down. However over recent years this has changed to giving praise at every and any opportunity. But is this failing our children? Because we are insulating them from the prerequisite of life, which is failure. As we enter that part of the school year of tests and exams, I hope this is useful reminder that success is all the more richer when we have failed a few times. Enjoy
