Ep 243 - Without Your Health, You're Helpless

People cannot depend on you... It impacts both yours and their life experience.⁣⁣  ⁣⁣And after all, we're all here for a short time. Should we not remove the barriers to us enjoying and experiencing that to the max?⁣
