Preheat oven to 325. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, salt, blueberries and lemon zest. 3. In a small sauce pot over low heat, combine honey, maple syrup, and oil and stir until melted together, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and almond extracts. 4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the bowl and stir everything together until well combined. 5. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and press down lightly with a spatula.6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. Do not stir while baking. It’s done when golden and fragrant.
