So many of us are living our lives in fast-forward. We're rushed, hurried, and at the end of the day, wondering if life is always going to feel this way. Why?Because it feels out of our control - it feels like the hustle and rush are just happening to us. Like we're just trying to keep up with a life that feels like a runaway train. We're often hurrying toward the next thing, and missing out on the right now. But it doesn't have to that way. In this episode, we're talking about why we often rush and believe (the lie) that what's ahead of us is better than what's happening right now, how we can slow down and really live.
