Major life transitions, unexpected events and struggles as well as desires to grow and reach new goals often prompt clients to invest in life coaching. These are all times where thought work and coaching can be useful. But there's also tremendous value to receiving coaching when nothing particularly difficult or intense is happening in life. I call this Everyday Life Coaching. Everyday life presents so many opportunities to explore challenges and problems that seem to be small, maybe even insignificant, but are actually much more because they're happening on a daily basis. These "little things" are actually a gold mine when it comes to opportunity for growth and understanding why we think what we think, feel what we feel and do what we do. So in this episode, we're talking all about the value of Everyday Life Coaching and what that looks like.
