‎اليوم ٢٦٧: اللامبالاة والفتور Day 267: Indifference and Apathy

نتحدث عن كتب عزرا وحجّاي ، حيث نشرح عودة بني إسرائيل إلى الأرض الموعودة. نحذر أيضًا بعضنا البعض من اللامبالاة والفتور في علاقتنا مع الله، تمامًا كما رأيناها تظهر عند إسرائيل تجاه الهيكل. قراءات اليوم تشمل عزرا 1-2، هجي 1-2، وأمثال 20:1-3. We talk about the books of Ezra and Haggai, explaining the Israelites' return to the promised land. We also warn one another against apathy and indifference in our relationship with God, as we see Israel display towards the temple. Today's readings are Ezra 1-2, Haggai 1-2, and Proverbs 20:1-3. I am reading using the Arabic Jesuit Catholic version from Holy Bible App which can be accessed on the app/website. You can also listen to the Bible in a Year podcast in English with Fr Mike Schmitz who did an amazing job. I am using lot of his comments in my reflection as well commentary from different trustworthy resources.
