And there's your closing bill for this Wednesday on Wall Street, where stocks rally for a second day on hopes that the war in Iran may be nearing a conclusion. And we check markets for you all day long here at Bloomberg. And here are your closing numbers. S&P 500 gained 47 points. NASDAQ up 250 points. The Dow. Up 225 points. The 10-year Treasury yield at 4.33%. The 2-year yield at 3.8%. Bitcoin is little changed, still around $68,000. NYMEX crude oil is down 1.8%, around $99 a barrel. And Brent crude has lost 2.9%. It's right at $101 per barrel. This just crossing the Bloomberg terminal now. The Treasury Department has removed Venezuela's Delce Rodriguez from the OFAC specially designated nationals list.

That's according to the U.S. Treasury website. The sanctions on Delce Rodriguez in Venezuela have been lifted. Iran has sent a letter to the American public. Iranian President Massoud Pazeshkian says Americans should look beyond political rhetoric and reconsider the realities of Iran's past, present and aspirations for a future. He says Iran harbors no enmity toward ordinary Americans. and that the path of confrontation is more costly and futile than ever before. He also suggested the possibility of diplomatic engagement. The letter came just hours before President Trump is set to address the nation on the Iran war. A White House official says the president will provide an update on the war's progress and a two- to three-week timetable for its end.
