Semiconductor stocks soared as early signs of success for Meta's new AI agent sparked enthusiasm around demand for the chips needed to power it. Advanced micro devices jumped ten percent in regular trading, closing just over a trillion dollars for the first time. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index gained more than 4.25% in the regular session, led by Intel, which jumped more than 12%. The tech rally sent stocks to their best day since early August as oil prices sank. We bring you the closing numbers each day here at Bloomberg. S P jumped nearly 1.5%, that's 114 points. NASDAQ up more than 2.0. The Dow up 300. The ten-year Treasury yield at four point nine four percent, the two-year yield at four and three quarters percent.

How did the lifted ground stop affect major airports and what caused the delays?
The ground stop has been lifted, but delays at Newark, Philadelphia, Teterborough, JFK, and LaGuardia are hours long, and they're impacting flight times across the country.

And I think just saying, you know, we have full trust and full confidence in each other at this point, I think, is a little naive. We have a good relationship. President Xi and President Trump have a good relationship, but we need these extensions or other things to go incrementally to make sure that there's compliance.
