Books On My Mind
07: The world looks like this from here by Kopano Ratele - Our first reaction
21 Jul 2022
Every time we read a new awesome book like this one, 'The world looks like this from here' by Kopano Ratele, we get triggered with raw emotions and the first thing we do is to call each other to discuss and debate the parts of the book that are triggering and why. In our first book review we cut-off this raw reaction and only share the polished version for a number of reasons. This time, we decided to share the raw reaction as it is most reflective of the impact of learnings we get from these books. We hope you will appreciate going on this journey with us. You will soon notice that we read these books with our whole being and it is not always a pleasant journey. It is weird, vulnerable and messy but we love it nonetheless. Please share your reactions by living us a voice message via this link https://anchor.fm/booksonmymind/ Please rate and review this podcast so that we can reach more people with this good 'good'.
