Une carte travaillé avec des produits en local au max pour garantir une carte gourmande.Un des plats phares à la carte Brioche au crabe, concombre, citron vert, ciboulette, béarnaise ou un Baba à l’armagnac "Darroze" crème fouettée à la vanille. Aux manettes, c'est son premier restaurant au chef Sergio Meylou passé en formation par le lycée hôtelier de Biarritz ou le Basque Culinary Center.
