Episode #13 - The M.A.D. Lads in Ireland 🇮🇪 (Devin Thomas & Marc Noble)

15 Dec 2025

Description

Episode 13 - The M.A.D. Lads in Ireland 🇮🇪In this episode of Born Reddy Podcast, I’m joined by two absolute Mad Lads who said F it, bought flights on a whim, and somehow trusted each other enough to meet for the very first time at the airport on the way to Ireland. No group chat. No practice run. Just vibes and blind faith.Devin Thomas is a filmmaker, writer, and host of the Unscripted Podcast. Marc Noble is a successful real estate agent and a damn good golfer. These two had never met in real life before landing in Dublin to come visit me, and for their first time ever in Ireland, they jumped in headfirst and never looked back.On our second day in Ireland, we posted up at The Thatch in Ferns, County Wexford and recorded Episode 13 live from the pub. Massive thank you to Paul Doyle for letting us take over a corner, roll cameras, and fully lean into the good craic. We talk about how this trip even happened, meeting face to face for the first time at the airport, and going straight into a full Dublin day hitting the Jameson Distillery, Temple Bar, Bambino Pizza, and the Christmas Markets with lights, crowds, and pints flowing. Then we slow it down in proper Irish fashion around the small villages of Ferns and Gorey before setting our sights on the next stops of the trip, Edinburgh, London, and Prague. All of it goes down while we are actively crushing pints of Guinness and I do my best to teach the lads the sacred art of splitting the G.I also surprise them with a true Irish initiation. Tayto crisps, a full Celebrations box of sweets, and pastries from our local legend and absolute wizard baker Pawel at Sweet Passion Desserts. We give nothing but brutally honest reviews. To close out the nearly two hour episode, I order a Chinese takeaway live on the mic so the boys can try their very first Spice Bag. The vibes were so good they probably should have been illegal.Expect big laughs, real stories, slurred words, terrible accents, a few wildly unnecessary Trump impressions, and that rare kind of energy you only get when friends become brothers on a trip they’ll never forget.Christmas in Ireland. First-timers. Big hearts. Bigger laughs. Unreal good craic.Reddy or not…
