Thank you for the chance. Of course. So before we get into all of that, you are at the center of a bunch of very impactful votes as the ranking member on the House Armed Services Committee. So if you don't mind, I wanted to start by talking to you a little bit about the NDAA. That's National Defense Authorization Act. Section 224 has been of a lot of interest to our audience. This is what would effectively... partially merged the U.S. military with the Israeli military. You were originally in support of it. You changed your position on it. I just wonder, what did you know about your thought process here?
It wouldn't merge the U.S. military with the Israeli military. What it does is it talks about co-development programs.
We can actually put element one up on the screen while he's discussing because it has some of the specific language.
The Pentagon has a thousand different development programs that they put together for procurement of, I don't know, everything from the F-35 to a radio.
