Breakups, Broken Hearts, and Moving On with Janice Formichella
16. Codependence with Janice
04 Mar 2021
Solo episode time! Today, Janice touches on her past relationships and how she discovered that she has codependent tendencies after leaving an abusive relationship. She explains what codependence really looks like (and what it doesn’t), some signs of being codependent, what has helped her to work on her less-than-positive relationship patterns, and some tips for learning and recovering from codependent relationships. She also shares how she has seen codependency show up outside of her love life and what she learned from that discovery as well. Remember, you are not alone. If you are struggling with codependency we highly recommend Codependents Anonymous and the works of Melody Beattie. We want to hear what you think of our tips or if you have tips of your own.
