Nadine, they've made a prequel TV show to Legally Blonde, finally. They have, Elle, yeah. It's coming out next week, July 3rd, I believe. It's set six years before the events of the original Legally Blonde film, which, as we all know, starred Reese Witherspoon as the director. Harvard Law student who had a lot to prove. This time around, it's Lexi Mindtree, a newcomer who's taken on the Reese Witherspoon role.

And she, when it starts, she's in L.A. It's set in the 1990s. And through a series of difficult circumstances, her parents tell her that, uh-oh, the whole family need to move to Seattle. Now, Seattle is in the middle of its grunge period. So you get to hear Garbage is only happy when it rains as she, miserable in her pink and her blonde hair... heads off to Seattle to try to learn how to adapt. And her version of adapting is wearing a Nirvana T-shirt with more smiley faces and sparkles in it to try and fit in and a pair of pink trousers, which does not go down at all well with the various students that she's trying to make friends with. It's, you know, I mean, this franchise is big. I mean, there are sequels, stage musicals, all sorts of things.
And it sounds like nice 90s nostalgia kind of. Yeah, you know, I found myself thinking of like, it's very, very different. It couldn't be more different. But do you remember like back in the day with like my so-called life and that kind of thing? And sometimes you just pin on to like a program like this.

It's simple. It's a simple structure. You know, the odd one out tries to fit in. And I'd imagine that there is definitely an audience for it. Listen, I'm the audience for it. L on Amazon Prime from Wednesday. Michael, Larry David is back. Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Happiness is on HBO Max Sky now. Yeah.
Very importantly, it's a pursuit of unhappiness. Remember, this is Larry David. Yes. So basically, this is actually was commissioned by Barack Obama. who actually called up Larry, his old mate, his golfing partner, and said, you know, we're coming up to the big 250th anniversary. A lot of things will be happening, including some monstrosity on the White House lawn, if you remember, involving MMA fighters. So can you come up with a series that looks back over 250 years of American history and takes a sort of a Larry David jaundiced eye at it? And that's basically what it is. It's Larry doing, if you remember, Zelligood Woody Allen, where Woody imposed himself every time he appeared at every sort of moment in history.
And this is what Larry David is. He's there at the signing of the Declaration. He's there at Prohibition. He's there at, you know, all the 60s riots.
And he's being Larry David.
He's being completely Larry David. Now, it's very much a sketch show. There are, you know, eight or nine sketches each episode. So it is hit and miss. But when it hits, it hits very well. Like even, for example, with Rosa Parks, famously, you know, when she moved her seat on the bus, it sparked the whole civil rights movement in the States. And in Larry David's world, she only moved seats because she was sitting beside Larry David who was giving her an earful. and she was annoyed.
So I thought that was genius. And that's the level we're thinking about. Okay, Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness and that's on HBO Max Sky now. Nadine, season three of Silo starts on Apple next Friday. I sort of gave up in the middle of season two because it wasn't kind of moving or something. Do you have this thing with some of the Apple programmes, and I've done this with your friends and neighbours, where you have to turn up the lighting, like on your TV, where you're like, I need to adjust everything, because everything in silo as well is very murky.
