Cops say it was ejecting toilet paper onto the interstate. Wait. Wait a minute. Keeping the highway. That's better than what it could be ejecting. Yes. The driver didn't understand what that meant, but the highway patrolman kept on saying the toilet paper was flying out of the Portagon and was creating a littering issue and a potential hazard for other drivers.
