How to Use Resilience to Grow You and Your Business with Donna & Londina
18 Oct 2021
The Business Owner’s Guide to Resilience How to Use Resilience to Grow You and Your Business The President of Lead from Within says, “It’s human nature to resist change -- particularly when it comes in the form of adversity or challenges. But change is inevitable, and developing the trait of resilience helps us not only survive change, but also to learn, grow and thrive on it. Resilience is the capacity to cope with stress and adversity. It comes from believing in yourself and at the same time believing in something bigger than yourself. Resilience is not a trait that you are born with. It is something intentionally developed over time. The good news is that resilience involves behaviors, thoughts and actions that can be learned and developed by anyone. Emotionally strong and resilient people do not expect immediate results. They understand that genuine success takes time. They also face struggles, obstacles and adversity with energy and fortitude. We can change our direction overnight but we rarely arrive at our destination overnight. Keep your eye on the big picture and don’t quit!
