When you create a work of art and publish it, you are protected by the US copyright law but if you have to go after someone, you have to be registered. I take a lot of pride in our designs and we have exclusive ownership of every design. Lately, we've been seeing a lot of copycats who are stealing our designs and selling their products on Shopify.
