Skylar Roth is exceptional. After losing friends to mental health and after his own struggles, he decided to run across Canada to raise money for the Canadian Mental Health Association. It took him over 4 months. He ran over 7000km, raised 65 thousand dollars, slept in a Breaking Bad type RV, ran through wind, rain and up mountains and was stalked by a mountain lion. However, during his run, he did manage to meet his now girlfriend. Skylar now speaks about his experiences with mental health and his running adventures at schools and events all over Canada.
