But we found a way to keep those clients and still be profitable, so I feel like I have the best of both worlds.” “At first it was hard to quote these prices that were so much higher than I was used to, but then, once I saw that I was able to save them 6 digits year after year, I really started to appreciate the value I brought to the table.
